7. Termination
Play2dollar may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play2dollar, its affiliates, and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or rewards, arising from your use of the Service. Play2dollar’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of rewards earned by you in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
11. Changes to These Terms
Play2dollar may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Play2dollar regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
No Waiver: Play2dollar’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Play2dollar’s prior written consent. Play2dollar may assign these Terms at its discretion.
